Located a few short blocks from the city’s redeveloping waterfront, 255 south King Street LP is a two phase project consisting of a well-situated Embassy Suites hotel and the Avalara Hawk Tower office building. The new Embassy Suites by Hilton is currently under construction. When complete, the project will be one of the Downtown Seattle’s finest hotels with 282 all-suite rooms, conference facilities, a fitness center with a pool, and a 24-hour restaurant. The 23 story hotel is expected to be completed in mid-2017.

The second phase of this project is Avalara Hawk Tower, an 11 story, Class A office tower. With such a prime location, this development is intended to increase connectivity between the stadiums, the Downtown core, waterfront area, International District, and multiple forms of transportation including the King Street train station located next door to 255 South King Street LP. Avalara, a tax-automation software company, has signed on as the anchor tenant, leasing over 50% of the building.

EB-5 Program:

The EB-5 visa program provides foreign nationals an opportunity to obtain a U.S green card in return for making a job-creating investment within the United States. This program offers several advantages, including green cards for the investor, their spouse, and any children under 21 years of age with a single visa application; and access to a U.S college education at the same cost that in-state residents pay.

This visa program also offers an opportunity for our investors to diversify their portfolio in the United States, and gives them the choice to become a U.S citizen approximately 5 years after receiving a conditional green card.

Unlike other United States visa programs, there is no requirement to manage daily business operations or employees, no travel restrictions in and /or out of the investor’s home country, no extraordinary ability or education requirement, and no sponsor requirement.
